3. Appointment Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance; late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

4. Payments

Payment is due at time of service. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and approved pet-care financing plans.

5. Emergency Care

In life-threatening situations, immediate stabilization may be performed without prior estimate. You remain responsible for associated costs.
